Job Summary

Environmental Compliance Coordinator

Confidential Manufacturing Facility

We are partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturing operation seeking an Environmental Compliance Coordinator to support site-level environmental and EHS initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in a plant environment and taking ownership of environmental compliance training and continuous improvement.

This position works closely with site leadership and the Safety/EHS team to ensure environmental programs procedures and regulatory obligations are fully implemented and maintained.

What Youll Be Doing

Serve as the on-site point of contact for environmental compliance questions and initiatives

Support waste management water discharge air compliance and environmental permit requirements

Monitor and assist with compliance related to federal state and local EHS regulations

Help assess regulatory changes and potential operational impacts

Lead and support environmental and EHS training programs for plant personnel

Partner with operations and leadership to identify develop and implement EHS goals that add value to the business

Assist with EHS documentation recordkeeping and permit administration

Support incident reporting investigations and root-cause analysis related to environmental compliance

Maintain consistent attendance and engagement on the plant floor

Perform additional duties as assigned by EHS leadership

What Were Looking For

Associates degree and/or certifications in Environmental Science or a related field

Experience supporting environmental health and safety programs

Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred

Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

Detail-oriented with a proactive solutions-focused mindset
