PositionSummary: TheHuman Resources Manager will be responsible for leading and managing allaspects of the HR function across all Guarantee Restoration locations. Thisincludes talent acquisition employee relations compliance performancemanagement benefits administration and organizational development. Thisposition reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and serves as astrategic partner to leadership. This role requires both strategic thinking andday-to-day execution to support a dynamic service-driven organization.

Whatyoull be responsible for as HR Manager:

Lead the planning and execution of humanresource strategies aligned with company goals

Oversee all aspects of recruitment onboardingand new hire orientation

Ensure compliance with all federal stateand local employment laws and regulations

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employeesregarding HR matters

Administer and manage employee benefits openenrollment and leave programs

Maintain accurate employee records and ensureNetchex is current and compliant

Provide ongoing training to management on HRpolicies and best practices

Assist with policy creation updates andinternal communication

Whatyou need to have:

5years of progressive HR experience including at least 2 years in a leadershiprole

SHRM-CPor SHRM-SCP certification a plus

Strongknowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Experiencemanaging HR for multi-location teams preferred

Provenability to balance strategic projects with hands-on execution

Exceptionalinterpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Proficientwith HR software systems (e.g. Netchex or similar)
