Job Summary
- Required PM experience: 5 years
- Bachelors degree with more than 15 years of IT experience
- 5 years of Program Management experience in Program planning and oversight across all initiatives
- Good experience in both water fall and Agile practices
- Experience to handle teams across multiple regions
- 3 years of experience in PowerPoint skills
- Communication skills must be excellent
- Lead and manage a team of project managers and cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects.
- Develop and implement project plans including defining project scope objectives deliverables and timelines.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets resources and timelines to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on schedule.
- Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
- Stay up to date with industrys best practices and trends in project management and implement relevant methodologies and tools.
