Gather and documenttechnical requirementsfor system enhancements
Participate inchange request processesfor technical and functional updates
Collaborate ontechnical testingto ensure smooth production releases
Launch initiatives andmonitor production stability ensuring proper follow-up
ProvideLevel 3 support analyzing incidents and proposing solutions or workarounds
Coordinate issue resolution withvendors and service providers
Monitor and managetechnical processes(online flows STP processes batch jobs)
Documentknown issuesand support first-line teams with clear guidelines
4 years of experiencein technical or IT operations roles
Experience withApplication Servers(WebSphere Tomcat JBoss)
Experience withjob scheduling tools(CA Workload Automation Control-M)
Knowledge ofDevOps practices and tools(Git CI/CD pipelines Jenkins Terraform Chef)
Scripting skills inBash Python Terraform
Experience withcontainerization (Dockerfiles)
Experience deploying applications inKubernetes environments includingArgoCD
Strong understanding ofproduction environments and technical workflows
