YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to theDirector IT Delivery Enablementyou will be empowered to:

• Empower Teams:Enable EIT teams to deliveriteratively and incrementally throughvalue-driven delivery principles agile practices and continuous improvement aligned with EIT frameworks.

• Coach and Mentor: Guide teams on modern delivery principles practices and continuous improvement strategies.

• Facilitate Delivery:Lead planning prioritizationmanagecross-team dependencies and delivery alignment includingreleasesequencing environment readiness multi-team testing and deployment for cohesive delivery.

• Champion Agility: Drive cultural and behavioral shifts toward agility and customer-centricity.

• Enable Self-Organization: Help technology solution delivery teams organize effectively to maximize value.

• Collaborate Across OLG: Align delivery approaches across divisions for complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Bridge Communication: Ensure transparency between producttechnology and businessteams.

• GuideAdoption: Support the transition to a product-oriented delivery modelbyleadingchange readiness assessmentsdeveloptailored change strategies and plans and guide teams throughintegrationof new ways of working.

• Solve Challenges: Diagnose delivery issues and co-create tailored solutionsthrough systems thinking structured problem-solving and adoption of new tools and practices.

• Partner for Success:Build andmaintainstrong stakeholder relationships aligning expectations resolving issues and ensuring delivery outcomes are understood and supported.

• Apply Expertise:Promote knowledge sharing and learning by designing and delivering workshopsmaintainingknowledge assets and supporting team capability development.

• Influence Vendor Collaboration: Help EIT teams improve ways of working with external vendorsmany of whomoperatein traditional waterfall environmentsby driving transparency and agility through influence and change management.

WHAT YOUBRINGTO THE GAME

Education &Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in business information technology or related discipline.

• 5-7 years experience in agile delivery release train or similar project management experience including Scrum Master Product Owner Kanban Service Delivery/Request Manager Flow Manager.

• Proven experience transformingmultipleorganizations from traditional project practices to iterative value-driven delivery including vendor relationships.

RelevantSkills:

• Ability to coachandadvocate at multiple levels (e.g.team membersdirectors senior leadership).

• Skilled at managing organizational dynamics and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

• Crafting structured compelling narratives for senior audiences and steering committees.

• Significant understanding of Agile frameworksandmethodologies to coach and embedbehaviours.

• A strong grasp of modern development technologies automated testing development lifecycles flows and system integration patterns (Scrum XP Lean Kanban DevOps etc.).

• The ability to apply problem-solving skills and knowledge of Information Technology systematically to a variety of complexdelivery contexts.

• Working across both waterfall project management and within Agile frameworks.

• Ability to connect team-level work to broader portfolio outcomes ensuring alignment with strategicobjectivesand value streams.

• Skilled at helping teams and leaders visualize work across multiple initiatives manage capacityand sequencing and makeprioritizationtrade-offs.

• Able toidentifysystemic delivery risks cross-team dependencies and portfolio bottlenecksand guide stakeholders toward adaptive solutions.

• Knowledge of Atlassian suite capabilities and understanding of integration with other systems such as GitHub ServiceNow TeamCity.

• Configuring Atlassian Apps including Jira/Confluence Project workflows screens automation analytics dashboards.
