GeneralManagerwith Profit Share Mailbox Pack & Ship Business
This is not a storemanagerjob. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial builder.
We are scaling an independent mailbox pack ship and business services platform (similar to the UPS Store model but not a franchise). This role is designed for someone who wants real upside operational control and a path to multi-location leadership backed by experienced operators and private-equity-caliber investors.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Profit-sharing tied directly to performance

Operate and grow two retail locations
