Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Monitor patients vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
- Assess patients medical histories and perform pre-anesthesia evaluations
- Maintain detailed records of anesthesia administration and patient responses
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery and address any complications
- Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Associates degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Anesthesia
- Current CRNA certification and state licensure
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and medications
- Excellent patient assessment and monitoring skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred
Level II Trauma
Schedule: 4x 10-hour weekday shifts
Bread & butter caseload
Medically supervised
Must be board-certified
