Job Summary

Our client is seeking a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a highly detailed environment can confidently answer tough questions and enjoys owning the full scope of the HR function. This is not a traditional siloed HR role where you will know what to expect coming in the door everyday you will wear multiple hats partner closely with leadership and run the HR department while also pitching in and helping with miscellaneous projects as needed. This is a great role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and managing the day-to-day HR function while simultaneously having the opportunity to be a strategic partner to the leadership team and focusing on high-level initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and run the entire HR function serving as the primary point of contact for all employees and leadership team
  • Administer and manage the companys 401k plan and benefits programs lead open enrollment plan education and own the relationship with the broker
  • Take ownership for the entire employee lifecycle from recruiting to onboarding and managing all employee documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Be willing to jump in and help different departments this is a position where no task is too small and this company needs someone willing to roll up their sleeves
