SEND Teaching Assistants Role Overview:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEND including Autism ADHD and communication needs

• Assist in adapting learning materials and ensuring pupils access the ambitious curriculum

• Work alongside teachers the SENDCo and pastoral teams to deliver high-quality support

• Encourage engagement confidence and independence among learners

• Contribute to creating a positive respectful and safe learning environment
