About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and community-focused Healthy Homes Officer to support the delivery of the Councils Health and Wellbeing Strategy. This role focuses on improving housing conditions reducing health risks tackling fuel poverty and supporting vulnerable residents to live safely and independently in their homes.
You will work closely with residents health and social care partners and community organisations to identify risks deliver interventions and promote healthier housing outcomes across the city.
