Role Overview
We are looking for aSenior Business Analyst with Calypso expertiseto join aFront Office IT environmentfocused onSecurities Finance.
In this role you will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT taking ownership ofrequirements gatheringUser Story definitionfunctional specifications andend-to-end functional testingwithin theCalypso platform.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong exposure tofinancial marketssecurities financing products and complex business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & User Stories:Gather analyze and translate business needs into clear and structuredfunctional requirementsandUser Stories.
Functional Specifications:Writecomprehensive functional specificationsensuring full alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Testing & Quality Assurance:Lead and supportfunctional testing activities working closely with development teams to ensure high quality reliability and compliance.
User Training & Support:Deliveruser training sessionsand provide ongoing functional support to ensure optimal adoption and system usage.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a trusted partner forFront Office IT and other stakeholders ensuring effective communication and delivery.
Required Technical & Functional Skills
Calypso knowledge practical experience
Strong expertise in Financial Markets with solid understanding of financial instruments
Securities Finance knowledge highly valued
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex business scenarios
Proven experience inBusiness Analysis within Front Office IT environments
Languages
English Fluent / Expert (mandatory)
Soft Skills
Ability to workautonomously and collaborativelywithin a team
Excellentcommunication organization and analytical skills
Strongattention to detail especially under pressure and tight deadlines
Proactive flexible and solution-oriented mindset
