About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializedin TAGETIK to join a high-impact IT Finance & Financial ProjectManagement environment. In this role you will support project portfoliomanagement optimize financial reporting processes and act as a keybridge between Finance IT and Risk teams.

This position is ideal for professionals who combine strongfinancial knowledge project management expertise and hands-onexperience with financial systems and reporting tools.

Your Role & Impact

As a Senior Business Analyst you will be responsiblefor:

  • Supporting project portfolio management (schedules costs benefits reporting)
  • Ensuring the operational performance of squad management and controlling processes
  • Acting as a key contact for TAGETIK functional administration
  • Managing user support training and incident follow-up
  • Driving evolution and optimization of reporting tools
  • Ensuring data quality governance and process efficiency
  • Providing functional expertise (analysis testing acceptance training)
  • Anticipating the impact of projects on financial reporting processes
  • Collaborating closely with Finance Risk and IT stakeholders

What Were Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 6 years in IT / Financial Project Management
  • Strong experience in financial systems administration
  • Proven background in project management within Finance or IT
  • Deep understanding of finance concepts and reporting processes

Technical & Functional Skills

  • TAGETIK Functional Administration (strong advantage)
  • Relational database administration (mandatory)
  • Experience with Business Objects
  • Knowledge of financial reporting tools and information systems

Languages

  • Advanced English (mandatory)
  • Intermediate French (oral & written)

Soft Skills

  • Strong client focus and customer care mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • High level of autonomy rigor and commitment
  • Ability to prioritize meet deadlines and manage stress
  • Strong listening and analytical skills

Mobility & Flexibility

  • Availability to travel within Portugal
