Summary
Job Family Group Description - Sales:This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description - Retail Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles product characteristics and trends.
Speciality Description - Client Advisor:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. Follows company values as the visible face of the brand. Contributes to reaching sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction. There are specific Jewelry Client Advisor Job Profiles for roles selling jewelry and watches.
Job Description
The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout. The ideal candidate will act as a Brand Ambassador and will spread the values and the philosophy of our brand with the end result of maximizing sales.
