Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Gather customer and vehicle information accurately
- Clearly document vehicle concerns and symptoms
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle age mileage and history
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Set and manage customer expectations for repair timelines
- Monitor repair progress throughout the day and provide regular customer updates
- Review final invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with completed work
- Explain repairs services and charges in a clear and friendly manner
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Positive professional and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High-volume mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
