H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
Associates Degree Preferred
6 Months related experience Required
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required.
Proactive problem solving; good interpersonal verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; time management.
What You Will Do:
Act as central dispatcher for Mission Control department.
Monitors systems: RTLS Security Cameras HUGS Fire panel generator annunciator medical gas and other systems associated with Patient and Materials movement.
Ensure standards are met with transport times and request from internal and external customers.
Scheduling and Performance Improvement.
Prepares and Ensures adequate staffing is present per shift scheduling PTO etc.
Meet with supervisor when assistance is needed.
Assists in the preparation of performance evaluations.
Become the super user for patient movement and real time racking systems.
Implement processes via Grand Central and Rover application that integrate with other departments and technology.
Implement processes via Centrak / InSites that integrate with other departments and technology.
May Assist in badging services:
Adding new staff/contractor badge access.
Managing access control as directed.
