Job Summary
Deputy Director of Sixth Form - Academic Support
Required: April 2026
Full time/permanent contract MPS/UPS TLR1b
We are seeking to appoint a highly inspirational teacher to join our outstanding high achieving Sixth Form. We have a thriving Sixth Form with over 400 students spread across our two MSN campuses. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive community that is student focused embraces differences and celebrates diversity. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic educator to make a significant impact within a thriving Sixth Form.
This person will be working in conjunction with the Director and Deputy Director of the Sixth Form and Sixth Form Administrators across all our campuses. Key responsibilities will include leading the Post-16 SEND provision liaising with departments and parents/carers developing comprehensive student profiles and conducting annual reviews to ensure that individual learning needs are consistently met within the classroom.

About Company
The Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership (MNSP) was founded in 2010 following the hard federation between Norton Hill and Somervale Schools. Both secondary schools serve Midsomer Norton, Radstock and the surrounding villages.
