Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning coordination and execution of promotional events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments engaging directly with clients and attendees and contributing to the success of live brand experiences.
The Event Promotions Assistant will work closely with the events team to ensure each activation runs smoothly and represents the brand with excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events and on-site activations
Support event setup breakdown and overall logistics coordination
Interact professionally with attendees clients and team members
Ensure brand standards and presentation guidelines are consistently followed
Assist with inventory materials and event supplies management
Provide on-site support to ensure events operate efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications :
