We are seeking a highly driven Internal Sales Representative to join our Contact Centre team in Osborne Park 4 days a week. You will be the voice behind important life announcements births deaths celebrations and job opportunities - helping our clients share their stories with care and professionalism.
What Youll Do
- Handle phone and email enquiries with empathy and professionalism including sensitive calls from grieving families.
- Manage multiple print deadlines and ensure accuracy across all submissions.
- Edit and prepare content for publication ensuring perfect grammar and adherence to print protocols.
- Liaise with designers and chase missing copy to keep production on track.
- Upsell advertising options over the phone to drive revenue and meet team KPIs.
What Were Looking For
- Exceptional grammar spelling and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Confident communicator with a warm empathetic approach.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting daily deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn advertising software.
- A proactive team player who loves problem-solving and finding solutions.
