Base Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Shift Differential for Night Shift: $1 

Day Shift: 7 am - 7 pm CT

Night Shift 7 pm - 7am CT

We are seeking dedicated Janitorial Personnel to join our team at Simonton Windows. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary facilities across both of our plant locations. This role is essential to ensuring a safe healthy and productive work environment for all employees.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain clean facilities according to established schedules
• Thoroughly clean disinfect and mop restrooms
• Stock restrooms with necessary supplies including soap toilet paper and paper towels
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins ensuring proper waste disposal
• Wipe down high-touch areas regularly to maintain a sanitary environment
• Organize janitorial closets and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
• Track and order cleaning supplies through internal purchasing system
• Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and regulations
• Take personal responsibility for safety and participate in all EHS efforts at the facility
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within set schedules
• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends and nights when necessary
