- Support the creation and coordination of internal communication content (announcements newsletters presentations intranet posts)
- Assist in maintaining consistent employer branding messages across communication channels
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal campaigns
- Support content preparation for company events HR initiatives and employer branding projects
- Edit and update communication materials according to brand guidelines
- Coordinate timing and distribution of communications with the team
- Assist the manager during important initiatives or urgent communication needs
- Help ensure employees are informed engaged and aligned with company initiatives
Qualifications :
- Ongoing or completed higher education in Communications Marketing PR HR or a related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English
- Experience with standard software applications including MS Office Windows etc.
- Experience or basic skills in Canva for creating visual communication materials (presentations internal visuals social media content)
- Interest in employer branding internal communications and corporate culture
- Preferably up to 1 year of work experience/internships in communications marketing or related fields
