Tasks
What Youll Do
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users resolving hardware software and network issues
- Assist in the setup configuration and maintenance of desktops laptops peripherals and software applications
- Troubleshoot basic IT problems related to Windows/macOS/Linux Microsoft 365 email and connectivity
- Log track and document support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Adhere to IT security policies procedures and compliance standards
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and contribute to team projects
- Participate in IT operational tasks system updates and rollout support
Requirements
What You Bring
- Foundational knowledge of IT concepts: operating systems (Windows macOS Linux) basic networking hardware and software
- Degree diploma or relevant coursework in IT Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent hands-on learning
- A genuine curiosity for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field
- Excellent communication skills patience and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills) - Previous internship lab volunteer or part-time IT experience
- Exposure to help desk software or IT service management (ITSM) tools
- Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A ITF Microsoft Fundamentals or Google IT Support
- Familiarity with Active Directory mobile device management (MDM) or remote support tools
