Senior Helpers of Melbourne is seeking a reliable organized and detail-oriented

Part-Time Office Administrator to support our growing home care agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly while supporting both clinical leadership and caregivers.

Schedule:

Part-time

In-office on Tuesdays and Fridays Occasional evening on-call shifts as needed

Position Overview:
The Office Administrator will work closely with the Director of Nursing and leadership team to support client onboarding caregiver coordination and daily administrative operations. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manageinternal onboarding of new clientsCommunicate with physicians offices hospitals and related healthcare providers

Prepare send and track documents using DocuSign

Maintain and update client and caregiver records within WellSky (experience required)

Monitor and trackcaregiver training attendance and compliance

Assist with scheduling support and administrativefollow-upProvide after-hours on-call support in the evenings as needed

Support general office operations reporting and special projects

Working with the scheduling team

Required Skills & Experience:

Prior experience withWellSky is required

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Comfortable with document management data entry and compliancetracking

Professional phone and email communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently

Healthcare home care or administrative experience preferred
