- Demonstrated proficiency and leadership experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) virtual collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams or Zoom) and instructional technologies essential for managing and supporting a high-quality online learning environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Participate in the development and evaluation of educational programs and campus improvement plans with staff parents and community members.
- Lead the integration and innovative use of instructional technology and collaborative platforms to maximize student engagement in synchronous and asynchronous learning.
- Oversee the fidelity of virtual course implementation to ensure content within the digital platform is aligned to TEKS standards and accessible to all learners.
- Encourage and support the development of innovative instructional programs and help teachers implement such efforts.
- Promote a positive online learning climate and deal sensitively and fairly with persons from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) within the LMS and SIS to track performance objectives and identify at-risk students.
- Provide focused data-driven coaching and performance feedback to instructional staff regarding digital pedagogy and engagement strategies.
- Observe employee performance and conduct evaluation conferences using the Cypress-Fairbanks Teacher Evaluation and Support System (CF-TESS).
- Assist the principal Director in interviewing selecting and orienting new staff.
- Share supervisory responsibility for professional staff custodians paraprofessionals and clerical personnel.
- Supervise school operations in the principal Directors absence.
- Serve as the primary administrative liaison with Technology Services regarding LMS updates access management and troubleshooting.
- Ensure school rules are uniformly observed and that student discipline is appropriate and equitable.
- Help plan daily school activities including class schedules teacher assignments and extracurricular schedules.
- Supervise the reporting and monitoring of student attendance and work with the attendance clerk on follow-up investigations.
- Oversee the online delivery and compliance of special education 504 and dyslexia services in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Facilitate and participate in virtual and face-to-face Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Compile annual budget requests and manage the requisition inventory and distribution of supplies textbooks and equipment.
- Coordinate transportation custodial cafeteria and other support services.
- Assist with safety inspections and safety-drill practice activities.
- Ensure students are adequately supervised during non-instructional periods extracurricular activities and study halls.
- Communicate effectively with students and staff using virtual tools for secure scheduled and documented administrative communications.
- Articulate the schools mission and initiate activities to encourage community and parent involvement.
- Comply with federal/state laws and board policy.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job
