Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who loves helping older adults stay strong mobile and independent Our Symbria Rehab Team in West Dundee IL is looking for its next employee-owner to join a collaborative resident-centered senior-living community.

What Youll Do

As a PTA with Symbria youll be a key part of transforming everyday moments into meaningful this role you will:

• Partner closely with the Physical Therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans

• Deliver purposeful engaging interventions that support mobility strength and daily function

• Build supportive trusting relationships with residents and their families

• Document treatments accurately and efficiently

• Maintain productivity expectations with integrity and compassion

• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team that values your input and clinical skill

Every session you lead helps an older adult regain confidence and independence.

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Active or pending Illinois PTA license

• A heart for serving older adults

• Experience in acute care long-term care or rehab is helpfulbut not required

• Strong interpersonal teamwork and communication skills
