Job Summary

C&E Facility Assistant Position
Position Overview:Supply support to all athletic events.

Essential Duties:
Open/close main facility and support buildings (restrooms press box ticket booth training room)
Enforce facility policies and regulations
Maintain clean and presentable facility for all participants guests; maintain neat equipment storage
Assist with setup tear down or moving of equipment (tables chairs benches goals)
Delivery setup and tear-down of AV and other equipment; scoreboard operation
Communicate regularly via shift report to supervisor and follow University security measures
Welcome guests and other visitors; answer questions and make appropriate referrals; act as ambassador to the conference/event guests for Conference & Event Services
Work Experience:
Customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds including tables and chairs.
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Detail-oriented resourceful and able to follow instructions accurately.
Strong problem solver who takes initiative.
To be eligible to be a CSP student employee one must:
  • Be enrolled and registered as a CSP student (PSEO students are not eligible).
  • Have a United States social security number.*
  • Haveproper identificationas determined by Form I-9.
  • Have declared a major at CSP.
  • Be in good standing with CSP academic requirements and student accounts.
  • For summer employment priority will be given to the student employees who are enrolled and registered in summer courses.
