The role

This Trainee position is designed for someone ready to grow their capability in project support stakeholder engagement and organisational operations while completing formal study. Youll be surrounded by people who want you to succeed and given real responsibility from day one.

As a Trainee youll contribute to meaningful work across Crown Lands while developing the foundations of a strong career in project coordination and administration. Your days will be varied collaborative and supported by a team invested in your development.

What youll be doing

  • Building collaborative relationships with staff across Crown Lands to support shared understanding and smooth delivery of activities.
  • Providing timely administration and project support through filing and archiving land inspections answering phones and processing applications
  • Managing your time effectively to balance study milestones with daily work commitments.
  • Keeping your line manager informed with clear communication on study and work progress.
  • Contributing to small projects to build practical skills and confidence in project management.
  • Using digital project systems to develop proficiency in electronic tools and administrative platforms.
