Ideagens Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in a global fastmoving technology company. Over two years you will rotate across three key business areas Customer Revenue and HR gaining broad exposure practical experience and the skills needed to accelerate your career. Each sixmonth rotation is designed to support rapid learning meaningful contribution and the chance to explore where your strengths and interests lie.
This programme is ideal for graduates who are eager to learn ready to take initiative and motivated to develop a longterm career in the tech industry. We welcome applicants from any academic background as we value diverse perspectives and transferable skills. At the end of the two years you will choose your specialisation based on your experience aspirations and business needs giving you a clear path for progression.
Responsibilities
Throughout the programme youll gain handson experience while contributing to meaningful projects that support Ideagens customers teams and strategic goals. Over the twoyear rotation you will:
- Rotate through Customer Revenue and HR teams developing insight into key business functions
- Work on live projects from day one taking responsibility for real outcomes
- Develop communication and stakeholderengagement skills through daily interactions with colleagues and leaders
- Collaborate with mentors team members and crossfunctional partners to broaden your understanding
- Build commercial awareness within a global SaaS environment
- Strengthen problemsolving organisational and analytical skills
- Take ownership of your growth by seeking learning opportunities and contributing to team objectives
