Digital Marketing Coordinator
Role Summary
You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced results-driven this role you bring creativity efficiency and a strong eye for detail to every project.
Role & Responsibilities
You are focused on posting approved content and graphics to our client sites and social networks (weekly social posts x 5 clients weekly blogs (4-5/wk at most) email blasts landing pages misc. site updates and indexing. You will also support clients in various sales support and administrative tasks including outbound calls/prospecting contact list updates and reporting.
Digital Implementation
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media email etc.).
- Content & Design: Design and edit engaging digital assets including graphics social posts email templates weekly blogs landing pages social videos and ad creatives in line with brand guidelines. You ensure all deliverables are on-brand on-time and high quality.
- Creative Contribution: Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to enhance content strategy user experience and engagement.
- Team Communication: Provide timely updates to internal teams raise flags when needed and communicate clearly in meetings and reports.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Performance Monitoring: Pull social & email campaign data verify metrics and prepare performance reports with attention to accuracy and insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency without compromising quality. Document repeatable processes to standardize workflows and improve scalability.

- WordPress - extensive experience with WordPress for landing page development blog posts gallery pages etc. plug-in management
- Sprout Social Media Scheduling -
- Canva - Light graphic design for social media posts infographics PPT decks and client newsletters
- PowerPoint - Create sales and training decks
- Constant Contact or similar email program - schedule weekly e-blasts for clients. Edit update template.
- Excel - Some data management reporting.
Bonus! - Adobe Premier - Light video editing.
