Working pattern: Part-time Term-time only working for39weeks per year plus5.85weeks annual leave which will increase after 5 years continuous service.
As the position is part-time/term-time only the above salary will be pro rata.
Fixed term for: 6 months with an option to extend for a further year.

Little Horsted is a successful small rural school situated just off the A26 near Uckfield.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a committed inspirational innovative and experienced Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to work in Key Stage 2 Monday to Friday 12:45 - 3:30pm starting as soon as possible.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.

They are looking for a person who has a good knowledge of the Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum and experience of working with children within that age range. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and will be able to demonstrate flexibility enthusiasm resilience and a commitment to ensuring every child succeeds.

Prospective candidates should have a level 2 qualification or above relevant experience and a good working knowledge of child protection safeguarding procedures and policies that are essential in an education setting.
