Job Summary
We are hiring for a Customer Service role Key responsibilities: - Support customers via phone email and chat providing clear and accurate information. - Follow structured processes document cases and meet quality standards. - Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. What we are looking for: - German proficiency to support native-level customers. - A service-oriented mindset reliability and comfort working with targets and procedures. - Notes: The salary should be indicated per month rather than per year.
