Job Summary

What will you do

As an IT Talent Acquisition Intern you will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle including:

Preparing and publishing job advertisements on recruitment platforms;
Actively sourcing and approaching IT candidates;
Screening CVs and validating technical and functional requirements;
Scheduling and conducting interviews to assess candidates skills and fit;
Preparing interview reports and supporting hiring decisions;
Monitoring and updating recruitment processes and pipelines.

Additionally:

Supporting the monitoring of internship programs and internal academies throughout the year;
Representing Caixa Mágica Software at job fairs and employer branding events.

What are we looking for

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
Strong interest in Recruitment and Selection particularly within the IT sector;
Knowledge of social media platforms especially LinkedIn;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong sense of responsibility organization and attention to detail;
Proactive dynamic and motivated attitude;
Good command of English;
Eligible for an IEFP internship (mandatory).
