Who are we looking for

Appian Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Appian applications including process models interfaces and integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Assist in the design and implementation of scalable and efficient solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and industry trends.

What we are looking for:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Appian development.
Experience in developing projects for financial services is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of BPM concepts
Knowledge of Java SQL and web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher (preferred).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
