About the Opportunity

An international organization is seeking a KofaxDeveloper to join the Acquisition & Archiving squad within adynamic Agile environment.

You will contribute to the maintenance and evolution ofdigital publishing electronic document management (EDM/GED) andworkflow applications supporting operations in France.

At the core of this role is the ADOC applicationresponsible for processing and archiving approximately 6 million digitaldocuments per year (postal mail email uploads). These documents areanalyzed and processed using RAD/LAD technologies automated extractionand manual validation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Application Monitoring& Support

• Daily health checks of digital publishing GED and workflow applications
• Monitor alerts and apply recurring procedures (reprocessing rejections relaunching suspended jobs etc.)
• Validate proper functioning during software and infrastructure upgrades
• Analyze and resolve production incidents
• Provide user support and manage assistance requests
• Communicate resolution progress to stakeholders and IT support teams
• Liaise with external OPS/ITG providers for incident and change management

Maintenance & Evolution

• Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the ADOC workflow
• Develop enhancements in Kofax Insight reporting
• Analyze business needs estimate workloads design develop and support acceptance phases
• Model structured documents to improve RAD/LAD recognition rates
• Analyze statistics from Insight and propose performance improvements
• Track and report product bugs with the Kofax vendor

Reporting

• Deliver daily operational reporting (document stock workflow depth processed flows)
• Provide analytical explanations for discrepancies

Technical Requirements

Mandatory:

• Strong experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA)
• Strong experience with Kofax Insight
• Solid knowledge of .NET
• Experience with SQL scripting
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT Development and/or IT Support

Nice to Have:

• KTA / Insight certification
• Experience in document digitalization environments
• Experience improving RAD/LAD performance rates

Education

• Degree in Computer Science Informatics or related IT field
• Solid understanding of project methodologies
