Summary of the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive New Business with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will drive initiatives to generate and engage with business partners leading to the creation of new business opportunities for our company. Strong critical thinking and communication skills are essential to execute effective strategies and achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Qualify leads identify pain points and effectively close deals.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and assess customer needs.
- Promote the companys products/services while addressing client objectives.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to enhance revenue.
- Negotiate and close leads within a stipulated time frame.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to drive growth.
- Foster and develop new relationships to expand business reach.
- Think critically and plan strategically to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelors degree.
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager Sales Executive or in a relevant role preferably in the SaaS/Business Intelligence/Analytics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales track record with demonstrated ability to execute successful development strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Expertise in Pipeline Management Lead Qualification and Revenue Management.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in customer support.
- Certification in a related field.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales.
- Experience in B2B New Business Sales.
- Strong skills in Relationship Building.
