Work hours: Part-time 24 hours per week. Rotating 3 days 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday

Heres What You Need

• Nursing Diploma Nursing is required Or

• Associates Degree Nursing is required Or

• Bachelors Degree Nursing is preferred

• 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program is required

• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required And

• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required And

• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days is required And

• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days is required

• A high degree of confidentiality positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Basic Human Needs - Responds to others priorities regarding safety physical psychological and social needs.

• Using barcode medication verification (BMV) during medication administrations

• Demonstrating knowledge of individual patients family situation and routines

• Encouraging Manner - The professional nurse communicates an attitude that is supportive open positive and tolerant by demonstrating:

• Manages up other team members intra and inter-departmentally looking for opportunities to positively recognize co-workers to leaders patients families and team.
