Are you a driven candidate If so we are looking for you! We are growing rapidly and looking for a Parts Associate who will partner with our growing team. The role is located at our Kansas City MO location.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You understand the Used Truck business and have a drive for being an active part of solutions. You set the bar high and set an example for other leaders and colleagues on how to work collaboratively with the highest level of integrity.

SUMMARY

Parts Associate provides quotes and all sales related information to outside sales personnel as requested.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Gather research & upload Attributes to M3 for Used & Rental Asset Disposal Units.
Communicate with Sales to build and or modify quote sheets using In Design.
Perform Record360 inspections on incoming & retail ready inventory.
Aid Marketing by monitoring company and 3rd party websites for inventory accuracy.
Continually study truck & equipment specifications to improve knowledge of product and applications.
Participates in all available training programs and inventory audits.
Gather information specifications and photos of inventory to be loaded into Sales Tools.
Assist Porter with delivery of inventory to various departments and vendors.
Keep track of inventory locations and update Truck Locator for accuracy.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Two years previous sales or sales support experience with heavy & light duty trucks equipment upfitting or parts.
Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office (Word Excel Access and PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
Strong customer orientation with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Must work independently.
Must be able to represent CTOS LLC in a professional manner.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to read and write information given in classes and training seminars and apply that knowledge in every day working environment.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

CDL (Commercial Drivers License)

This individual works both indoors and out moving about the facility and lot to communicate with the Shop Managers other employees and customers.
Works between an office and plant environment with exposure to varying degrees of temperatures and noise.
Some weekend and evening hours may be required.
Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit walk and climb stairs to move about the facility.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Employee required to write spec sheets locate & move inventory outdoors during all seasons.
