Job Summary

IT Vendor Specialist

Primary Position:

Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact build strong relationships andfacilitate communication.

Contract & Procurement: Assist in negotiating draft and manage IT contractsrenewals and amendments (RFPs RFIs).

Performance & Compliance: Monitor vendor performance against SLAs KPIs andcontractual obligations; research disputes provide findings and supportingdocumentation to your manager.

Strategic Alignment: Understand business needs align IT vendor strategies with companygoals and develop vendor roadmaps.

Risk Management: Ensure compliance with policies laws and security standards; assessvendor risks.

Internal Coordination: Collaborate with department managers to gather requirementsand resolve issues.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain contract repositories track vendor data andreport on vendor performance to your manager.

In additionto primary position:

Assistwith IT helpdesk duties. Examples Password lockout requests and first level lightIT troubleshooting.

ITadministrative tasks. May include filing scanning and organizing thedepartment IT drive.

Documentationreview and suggestions.

Independentlyprioritize day-to-day activities and unexpected distractions.

Quicklyresolve problems with client requests and follow through with vendorshortcomings.

Complywith SharePoint Credit Union policies and procedures.

Assistin other areas or advanced IT activates as needed.

Ability to confidently perform the above tasks initiative to work with teamsand grow with the credit union.

Internal candidates must have been with SharePoint CU and/or within their current role for at least 6 months.

Minimum oneyear education and/or experience in IT or vendor relations or in the process ofworking toward these qualifications.

You are expected to be flexible and handle tasks outsidethe core job description examples may include but not limited to covering forcolleagues assisting with new system rollouts handling unexpected supportissues or even some light facilities work.
