Reports to: AP Team Lead
Position Role: Be responsible for data entry maintaining preparing and reconciling accounts.
- Data entry purchases & logistic expenses
- Data entry general accounting expenses & assets
- Reconciliation of GL accounts & Cost Centers
- Reconciliation of suppliers balance
- Daily internal and external communications with Plant Managers & Vendors
- Mydata reconciliation related to Vendors
- Preparation of Intrastat form
- Preparation of quarterly vendors agreements report
- ICO reconciliation
- Any other ad hoc request of AP accounting
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years experience in AP Accounting
- Basic knowledge SAP JD Edwards Galaxy & Office Suite
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Identify and organize resources needed to accomplish tasks monitoring progress against deadlines and milestones establish clear priorities
- Maneuvers comfortably through complex policy process and people-related organizational dynamics
