An industry-leading provider ofliquidhandling solutions is looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to grow business with industrial municipal construction and energy customers across a defined US territory.
The opportunity
- Base salary of $70000$75000 plus a strong commission structure.
- 6month guaranteed bonus of $2000 per month with realistic first-year OTE of $110000$130000.
- Once established in the role secondyear OTE is expected to be in the range of $150000$170000.
- Develop and manage a profitable sales territory driving rentals and sales of pumping filtration pipeline and containment solutions.
- Work closely with customers to design engineered systems that solve real-world liquid handling challenges safely and efficiently.
What you will do
- Identify pursue and close new business with industrial municipal and commercial accounts.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships through regular site visits job walks and solution-based selling.
- Prepare proposals quotes and system layouts in coordination with engineering and operations.
- Monitor projects from concept to completion to ensure safety service quality and customer satisfaction.
What you bring
- Proven experience in outside or technical sales ideally in construction industrial services equipment rental environmental or related sectors.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn pumps filtration pipeline and fluid-handling systems.
- Self-motivated organized and comfortable managing a territory pipeline and travel schedule.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Package and benefits
- Base salary $70000$75000 with firstyear OTE $110000$130000 and secondyear OTE $150000$170000 once fully ramped.
- 6month earnings guarantee via $2000 per month guaranteed bonus to support your transition into the role and territory.
- Sales Representative must have a pickup truck within the first 6 months; mileage paid at $0.42 per mile plus an adjustable monthly vehicle allowance of approximately $750.
