CNS - Risk - Digital Risk :

EY Consulting is made up of three sub-service lines: Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting) Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services.

We help our clients in identifying and managing the interplay between upside and downside risk in order to make the long-term decisions to prevent risk and impact on their organizations ability to meet its future business strategy and objectives. The 3 key fields of play are :

Enterprise Risk - helps clients identify and address key risk areas while building the agility to respond quickly. The areas of focus include Enterprise risk and resilience Internal audit Compliance and Internal controls

Technology Risk - helps clients to achieve sustainable growth by supporting their efforts to protect their business performance and by providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors management regulators customers and other stakeholders. EY teams accomplish this by assessing the technology risks that are introduced to businesses.

Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures risk data modeling and analytics reporting to stakeholders and third parties business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation) analysis of assets and liabilities and capital and liquidity management.


Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Role Overview We are seeking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for understanding business needs translating them into detailed functional and system requirements and acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather information from multiple sources critically evaluate data reconcile conflicts and translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and system requirements with proper documentation. Identify define and document business needs objectives current operational processes issues input/output requirements and system access levels in collaboration with functional teams. Analyze feasibility and develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems. Proactively communicate with clients developers technical/support teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow across projects. Work closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements including GUI screen and interface designs. Understand technical trade-offs that impact business outcomes and clearly communicate them to clients and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between business units technology teams and support teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Perform functional and data-level testing to validate solutions against requirements. Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a calm and organized approach. Required Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to think independently. Excellent communication skills including presentation verbal written and interpersonal skills. Solid project management and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Qualifications Business or Engineering background. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel PowerPoint and Visio.

  • 15 to 20 years of business process consulting experience
