EXPERIENCED MITIGATION CREW CHIEFS NEEDED FOR HENDERSONVILLE RESTORATION COMPANY

Our team is recruiting additional experienced industry professionals to join our team as our business expansion continues. The successful candidate(s) will be ones who lead by example and demonstrate daily the qualities others should strive to achieve so they may also grow with our team.

Our company is faith based starting with the owner and we work hard as a team to maintain that philosophy throughout our daily approach to business. We prefer a non-tobacco environment as this is what our customers also prefer.

Qualifications:

Experience in Structural Mitigation stabilization and restoration

High School diploma/GED

Effective oral communication skills

Ability to perform tasks routinely on ipads and laptops once trained

Advanced IICRC certifications will be offered but candidates already having them will be a plus

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance

Walking and standing for long periods of time driving sitting climbing

Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g. crawlspaces under buildings)

Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
