Wereseeking a Nursing Recruitment Project Manager with a strong clinical public healthor medical background to lead integrated communicationsindustrybrandingPRand marketinginitiatives thatgenerate greater awareness of the profession andattract engage and hire exceptional nurses. This role bridges Talent Acquisition Marketing/Communications and Nursing leadership to deliver endtoend reputation and recruitment campaignsbalancing clinical credibility with datadriven project management and compelling storytelling.

Job Location:Fully remote with periodic onsite presence atprogramevents ICF and client office locations

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee a multi-disciplinary team of communications professionals and subject matter experts (SMEs) supporting a high-profileindustry-led publicawareness reputation andrecruitment campaign.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for the client responsible for executing requests and managing overall campaign delivery.

  • Manage crossfunctional workstreams and teams and external partners/vendors.Work collaboratively with teamleadsand SMEs responsible forcampaign strategydeliveryand evaluation; work closely with managers to develop and administer budgets commitments plans and schedules staffing and other contract management requirements.

  • Advise the client(or a coalition of clients)on strategic planning forintegrated marketing effortsensuring alignment withclientobjectivesand priorities.

  • Manage relationships with senior-level clientsand industry stakeholdersto ensure programmatic success buy-in andclient satisfaction adjusting course when needed andmaintainingan agile approach to program execution.

  • Oversee and review deliverables andcampaignmessagingmaterial to ensure quality control and alignment with the clients vision.

  • Launch andmonitorcampaignspulsesacross multiple channels including digital marketing social media paid media and public relations.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders including team members clients or management on campaign progress and key performance indicators.

  • Prepare post-campaign reports including detailed analysis of results lessons learned and recommendations for future campaigns.

  • Build nursecentered narrativesand story banks: dayinthelife features clinical excellence stories Magnet/Pathway to Excellence highlights patient impact and professional growth paths.

  • Audit and enhance the nursing value proposition (Nurse EVP) and translate intoCampaign strategy and content.

  • Lead campaign creative (video photo copy) that reflects diverse nurses and inclusive practice; ensure brand consistency across ATS CRM landing pages and job ads.

  • Leverage an extensive network of connections by the client to drivepresence at nursing schools conferences and professional associations; activate referral programs and alumni networks.

  • Align industry campaign strategy and campaignpulsesto industryownedcandidate journeysto support professional recruitment efforts from interest to education to job placement and retention.Oversee research and evaluation team gatheringnurseand industryfeedback to continuously improve messaging and processes.

What You Will BringWithYou:

  • Bachelors degreeincommunications public relations orrelevantfield.

  • 58 years in recruitment marketing employeror industrybranding integrated communications/PR or healthcare marketing; 3 years project/program management.

  • Experience leading marketing efforts related to the medical profession publichealthor healthcare(nursing preferred)

What We Would Like YouToBringWithYou:

  • Strong planning and execution skills; PMP or equivalentexperienceisa plus.

  • RN license or BSNpreferred;significant experiencein healthcare delivery or nursing operationsrequired.

  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM (e.g. Workday iCIMS PhenomBeamery) analytics (e.g. GA4 Looker/Tableau) social platforms and marketing automationa plus.

  • Excellent writing/editing for clinical audiences; ability to brief and evaluate creative.

  • Experience recruiting for multiple nursing specialties and hardtofillroles asa plus.

  • Prior work in Magnet hospitals or large integrated health systemspreferred.

  • Ability and experience communicating effectively (speaking and writing) to diverse audiences to convey public health-related processes problems and solutions.

  • Highly effective analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively at all levels of the business.

  • Organizeddetailed-orientedand able to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Demonstrated experience inafast-paced dynamic environment with the ability to be a hands-on trusted problem solver and leader.

  • Demonstrated experience providing senior-level counsel tomultipleclientsand stakeholders.

  • Superior verbal written organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail.

  • Ability to think creatively and provide unique solutions and rationale for solutions to clients communications challenges/problems.

  • Ability to quickly understand problems synthesizelarge amountsof information and provide succinct recommendations that tie back to overall account communication strategies and tactics.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position including but not limited to relevant work experience skills certifications and competencies that align to the specified role geographic location education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
