Hours: 1620 hours per week (minimum)

This is a part-time Front of House and Membership Sales role that combines member service administration and sales support into one varied and rewarding position.
You will be responsible for:
Greeting every member and guest warmly confidently and professionally
Handling membership enquiries booking tours and following up with leads
Delivering a seamless front desk experience including check-ins messages payments and basic administration
Supporting new members through their first visits and helping them feel part of the Fitness Space community
Keeping the gym clean organised and well-stocked at all times
Taking ownership of daily tasks and staying proactive during quieter periods
Contributing to the energy standards and culture of the club alongside the wider team
Were looking for someone reliable switched-on and confident under pressure. Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in customer-facing roles (fitness retail hospitality or sales)
Communicate clearly and naturally in person over the phone and via messaging
Remain calm composed and solution-focused when things get busy or dont go to plan
Feel confident following up leads asking the right questions and explaining membership options
Are naturally organised and comfortable balancing admin tasks with people-facing responsibilities
Understand what makes a premium gym experience stand out and want to help deliver it
