Job Summary

Job Summary:
- Lead and deliver large cross-functional IT initiatives including cloud and platform migration projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams offshore vendors and cross-functional partners (PMs Scrum Masters Developers Clients).
- Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders translating complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning standups retrospectives backlog grooming and refinement.
- Drive capacity planning delivery forecasting and provide execution recommendations.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and delivery frameworks.
- Manage project timelines scope risks dependencies and budget considerations.
- Rapidly learn the business systems and technical environment to accelerate project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders including executive leadership.
- Utilize project management and Agile tools (e.g. Jira Asana) to track and manage work.
- Support broader portfolio initiatives in partnership with other project managers and scrum masters.
- Maintain strong project management discipline with hands-on Agile delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
- Proven track record managing complex high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in Agile or Agile-hybrid environments.
- Comfortable working with distributed/offshore teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana).
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud technology and/or cloud migration (AWS preferred).
- Scrum Master certification and/or PMP certification.
- Experience guiding distributed and offshore teams.
