Note: Interview Process: 2 rounds - 45-minute video interviews. First round with direct manager and Architect second round with Director. 3rd round possible if required for candidate consideration. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for network engineering initiatives
- Design implement and optimize advanced network architectures (SD-WAN EVPN-VXLAN routing switching)
- Configure troubleshoot and enhance BGP OSPF and enterprise switching environments
- Architect and manage wireless networks with focus on performance and reliability
- Develop and maintain network automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategy with business objectives
- Create and maintain network documentation standards and SOPs
- Evaluate emerging technologies vendors and tools to drive innovation
- Provide operational and after-hours support through on-call rotation
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Relevant expert-level certifications (CCIE JNCIE or equivalent) highly preferred
- Strong understanding of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and certifications
