- Serve as Technical Program Manager (TPM) within the Clients R&D Operations Organization.
- Lead and oversee large-scale data annotation programs supporting AI research initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers data scientists ML engineers and vendor operations.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data labeling and curation projects from strategy to execution and quality evaluation.
- Ensure scalability quality and alignment of data annotation efforts with research and product team requirements.
- Drive cross-functional project delivery ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee vendor-managed data operations and ensure adherence to project standards and objectives.
- Utilize big data platforms and data warehousing concepts to support data annotation workflows.
- Build and maintain analytics using SQL for tracking forecasting and visualizing data consumption.
- Document standard operating procedures and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals and resolve issues.
- Report to locations in San Francisco Mountain View or Seattle.
