Job Summary
What Youll Bring
Strong knowledge of Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Invoicing Expenses Supplier Management Sourcing Contract and Analytics modules.
Deep understanding in Coupa functionalities such as Chart of Accounts Approvals SIM Forms content groups account validation rules Lookups Lookup Values Custom fields Taxation process etc.
Hands-on experience in Coupa integrations with ERP HR and finance systems.
Proficiency in REST APIs (JSON / XML) along with API Filters and Flat File approach.
Strong background in enterprise architecture principles data modelling and cloud security.
Ability to think and assess situations logically and make decisions in a highly dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to clearly document processes and requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
Strong communication and leadership skills to interact with cross-functional teams and leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration Supply Chain Information Systems Computer Science or a related discipline.
Coupa Certification(s) (Integration Architect Platform or Module-specific).
Experience in integrating Coupa with ERP / other systems.
Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and best practices
Prior consulting experience is a plus.
