Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Architect to lead the design implementation and governance of SAP GRC solutions across complex enterprise landscapes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in RFP creation solution architecture and client engagement ensuring compliance risk mitigation and robust access control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP GRC architecture design and end-to-end implementations (AC RM PC).
Create and review RFPs RFQs SOWs and solution proposals for SAP GRC engagements.
Define GRC strategy aligned with business audit and compliance requirements.
Design and implement SoD frameworks role design and access governance.
Integrate SAP GRC with SAP S/4HANA ECC SAP Cloud SuccessFactors Ariba and third-party systems.
Work closely with stakeholders including audit compliance security and IT teams.
Lead risk assessments access reviews and remediation strategies.
Support presales activities client workshops and solution demos.
Ensure compliance with SOX GDPR ISO and internal control standards.
Mentor GRC consultants and provide architectural guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8-15 years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP GRC.
Expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA ARM BRM EAM).
Strong experience in RFP creation and presales support.
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA security and Fiori authorizations.
Knowledge of role redesign risk libraries and mitigating controls.
Strong client-facing and documentation skills.
SAP GRC / SAP Security certification preferred.
