Job Summary

Job Description

- Proficiency in web development technologies: HTML CSS JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server PostgreSQL) and optimizing queries.
- Hands-on experience with APIs (RESTful services) and data integration. Experience with CSOD APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins Git) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers QA engineers and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Platform Configuration & Development - Design develop and configure modules within the CSOD platform (Learning Performance Recruiting etc.) as per business requirements.
- Customize Cornerstone portals and functionalities using standard web development languages (HTML CSS JavaScript and CSOD APIs).
- Manage and develop data integrations with third-party systems working with SQL databases and REST APIs.
- Proactively Monitor Maintain and support Business users on application queries issues and any adhoc priority requests
- Strong experience to troubleshoot debug and optimize applications/integrations ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues perform debugging and provide ongoing technical support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into talent data and ensure compliance.
- Conduct unit and integration testing support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet quality standards.
- Support system documentation manage deployments and occasionally provide advanced end-user training or guidance.
