Job Summary

ServiceNow Developer Integrations
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands on integration experience to design develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems. The role requires deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting IntegrationHub REST/SOAP APIs and secure enterprise integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development
Design develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:
o Business Rules Script Includes Client Scripts UI Policies
o Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
Develop reusable scalable solutions aligned with platform best practices
Integration Development (Core Focus)
Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations using:
o REST & SOAP APIs
o IntegrationHub (Spokes & Custom Actions)
o MID Server for on prem / secured integrations
Handle authentication methods:
o OAuth 2.0
o Basic Auth
o API Tokens / Certificates
Data & CMDB Integrations
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems for:
o CMDB
o Incident Change Problem Event Management
o User / Asset / Foundation data loads
Ensure data quality reconciliation and error handling

Security & Governance
Implement secure integration designs:
o Service accounts with least privilege access
o ACLs and role-based access
Follow platform governance and integration standards

Technical Skills (Mandatory)
ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide API)
REST & SOAP web services
IntegrationHub & MID Server
Flow Designer
ServiceNow ITSM (Incident Change Problem Request)
API error handling logging and performance tuning
